Dear Sir,
My name is Jyoti Kumari, My Mobile no. is 993197…., I was doing recgarge on 2nd july at 4:29PM for 1,199 /Rs. on this number (778382….) by Phone pay. by mistake, I did recgarge on this number (778383….) and 1,199 rupe has been deduct from my bank account .there is one digit diference between both number.
I tried to reach out so many times on this number (778383…..) . I got message & reply . This number is not activated & on this number incoming call facility is not available. Even. I called so many times in Airtel customer care.
I spoke customer care executive. But they did not find out solution & help me. How can get my mony or recharge back ? kindly help me out about this problem .
Please find the attached herewith screen shot about payment deductuion from bank account.
