Dear sir/Mam,

I want to inform you that last month on 17th April,I have changed the my plan from 349 to 275.

My bill generated on 12 April and found the net pack data is 10GB instead of 20GB.

Today I received a message from Airtel.
Data alert: You have consumed 50% of the data usage limit on your Airtel Mobile 9891433404. Data Consumed 10.9 GB out of 20.0 GB.
