This is to inform you that I had ordered 3 packages and received only one with the bill of 3 packages, I immediately complained on 22nd October to your customer care for the same to which they responded it will take 24 hours to lodge complaint as shipment status is still pending .
Every second day I called your customer care and got same answers that it will take 24 hours.
Even the delivery boy’s details which came to me via SMS was not correct and some other guy delivered the packages.
Your customer care isn’t able to respond because of your internal technical issues, hence you can not close this complaint without refund.
Please note, if higher return percentage was there then why did you accept my order..???
Introspect internally before blaming to customer for higher return percentage.
Seriously having no words for such pathetic response from your team.
I have received refund of only one package, I need refund of remaining 2 parcels on priority basis.
