This is regarding my watches which i didn’ receive i have ordered the watches on 6 march 2022 and received a package without the watches only boxes were there i have complained on the very same day to your customer care and they said they have escalated the matter to the investigation team and they will revert me on 10 march 2022 which they have by saying they cannot help as they have checked everything from there side .i have spent my hard earned money on those watches which i didn’t receive it was a present for my husband and sister from my first salary .After literal begging they said they have investigated the case and the reply was that its was sent and packed properly from there warehouse and they blamed me indirectly its so humiliating i felt deceived and bluffed by the amazon customer care, i have spent Rs 13290 on those watches which they are denying i want to request you to please help me out and get my money back from them.
