Text of Complaint by Aruna Sudon:

I am writing to formally request a refund for an incomplete delivery regarding Order #227299328594564224 from Meesho

I ordered three sets of cushion covers and paid a total of 621 via my credit card. However, I only received one set. The remaining two sets were never delivered.

Despite making constant calls to the Meesho customer care team, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received my money back. I am requesting a refund of 414 (the cost of the two undelivered sets) to be credited back to the original payment method (my credit card) immediately.
