I received this packet on 19th January. Right after delivery, I was shocked getting a little packet as I ordered 6 No. of items which could not be fitted in such small packet. Same time I called costumer care and told them that I am not going to open it as 6 pieces can not be fitted in this small pack which I have received so I would like to return it as it is without opening. But the costumer care executive told me I have to open it then only they can raise missing quantity request. Then I opened the packet in front of costumer care executive only(of course on call). And found that there is only a single piece and I paid 1770 INR for this piece of cloth. Since then I have called costumer care more than 15 times but no one is helping they always say please wait for 48 hours. I need to know since 19 jan to today 25 jan are these 48 hours are not completed. I asked them to please connect me to senior department team hopefully they would guide me better but they use to keep the call on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnect everytime. Each time I waited more than 20 minutes to get connected to senior’s call. But they didn’t connected. I am truly very heartbroken as no resolution is provided in whole 5 days. This is case of complete fraud as no action is being taked by whole MEESHO team. Please help.
