I ordered tiffin boxes of total quantity 35 costing Rs.8600 but I received only 1 tiffin box worth Rs 265. I already paid online for all 35 items. I received the shipment of missing quantity on 12th Jan’23 si I on 14th Jan I immediately called them for asking them for my remaining refund amount and missing quantity. But they denied saying your complaint was registered after the end of 7 days return policy. I have all the mail proofs with me wherein when I sent and received the mails with this regards, still this meesho people are fooling me by saying they don’t have any record of it. I am calling them since very long but they are not fooling me by saying you didn’t complained within the time frame. I am really disappointed. And also it’s not a small amount which I paid. Please help me out in getting my refund back.
