But out of 8 (1 piece only they delivered)
The proof is courier boy too he only opened the parcel and taken the photo and the weight of the product too bcs while reciving the parcel itself its very weightless so I ask him to open he is the witness and he shared the proof of weight in email
But with in 5 minutes itself I called meesho customer service and given complaint on the same day itself but they are not refunding my money they are telling system is not allowing we are helpless nu

So for this also they not refunding and calling me and informing we delivered all products to you there is no missing qyantity nu
I asked to check the weight of courier I sended the video proof but they not agreeing anything and not refunding my money.They keep on telling all product received according to weight we not refund in one time
After I send the weight report from courier office now they are telling their system is not allowing for refund nu.
Pls solve this issue and reclaim my money pls.
