Text of Complaint by Pranitha:

I have ordered “
Pampers Sensitive Wipes Travel Pack 56 Count, (Pack of 8)” On 29th December 2025 but i have received only 1 pack on 11th January 2026.

I have raised the issue & contacted the customer service on Sunday (11th January 2026) they said that I the resolution time will be in 3 days.

Again I have connected to the customer service today & they are “Denying the refund & Replacement”.
