I order 3 products from Nykaa . . . And received not a single product in the package . Package is filled with only brown papers. I’ve sent all the proofs but they rejected my return request by saying that they dispatched the product , can’t raise another request.
I have the tag, invoice, everything with me, still you guys have rejected my return . I am highly disappointed with the service. This is a cheat you are doing to the customers. I tried many times to connect with them for resolution but they didn’t provide me solution
