Just a bad cx service. During this big billion day they are just fooling people. I HAD ORDERED THE EARPOD AND ITEMS WERE MISSING.WHEN I COMPLAINT THEM THEY SAID THEY WONT BE ABLE TO DELIVER A NEW ONE HOWEVER THEY WOULD PROCESS A REFUND. TODAY AT 3 Am THEY ARE SAYING THROUGH MAIL THAT THEY WONT BE ABLE TO REFUND ME. ALSO WHEN I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THE BOY ON THE OTHER SAID IS SAYING THAT FIPKART DOES NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINT MATIX AND GRIEVANCE AND HE JUST HUNG THE CALL WITHOUT GIVING A PROPER RESPONSE. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE A LONG TIME AND THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE GUY OVER PHONE CALL SAID
1) THEY DONT HAVE ANY SENIOR WHO CAN DEAL WITH ME NOW
2) DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE HE IS NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER MY CALL
3) FIPKART DOES NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINT METRIX or GRIEVANCE
4) Also he said flipkart can said any email after 12am as it is morning.
Whatever i said they have the call recording and this can be checked.
The boy was rude and resolution given to me and my concern was also not raised.
