Requesting a refund of my payment

This letter serves a HUMBLE request for a full refund on the product that I bought from FLIPKART.
I purchased a [VIVO T1 44W] , and paid a total amount of [12798].
It seems that the product is missing in the package. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and request Rejected. I am raised many complaint about this issue so I am here for your help so please help me and my financial condition is very bad. so please help me.
I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund for a missing product.
i open parcel with video and box seal already broken.And delivery boy also make a video proof. its a fully fruad on flipkart.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund.
