I ordered a bunch of technology products from Amazon, one of the product was missing (Rs. 2,299), but was showing as delivered on the App. Called the team, they said they need a week to investigate, and then said they can’t do anything because according to them it was delivered. Tweeted about it, and got message on Twitter to request for a call via a link, did that, it said they would call in 6 hours, no calls, no mails, I messaged them on Twitter again and they asked me to reply to the mail I received from the social media team, when I said I haven’t received any mail, they apologised and sent a mail that they are working on it, I replied again and an automated mail said they would reach back in 6 hours, nothing again. I tweeted again about it, and all they can say is that I should reply to the social media team’s mail, and that’s what I had done. I asked them to share the email id incase I replied to the wrong I’d, they didn’t.
I just want my money back.
