I have ordered 2 exotic grapes plants. Delivery date was 27.08.23. I have received on date. When opened the shipment I found only 1 plant instead of 2 and that only plant also was fully dried and dead one. Then and there I gave feedback with photograph of the plant and also lodged a complaint over phone and a lady from your end assured me to solve the matter by 1st Sep. I felt satisfied. After that I found you have blocked my account with you. Till date my case kept pending and no communication I have received so far. Please solve my problem.
