i have new account on flipkart i have order my first product of realme 6 mobile cost 15000 it has been delivered on 30 august when i opened this package under it there is no product then i have raised my complaint in flipkart for missing product. on 31 they ask me for the document proof of id through email i will send my document on 1st september the complaint will be rejected and i have received email that your account has been blocked due to higher no. of return but this is my first order then how is it possible. afteer that i have complaint again and again for the missing product but they give me time again and again but no solution they provide me 23 days will gone but there is no solution received yet. now what can i do i have a lose of 15000 amount which is big amount for me but no solution provide me. please help me for my refund of product or give me the replacement of product
