i have order 1 mobile order which will deliver on 15 august when i opened the package under it there is no mobile there is only charge available . i have complaint regularly from 15 august again and again but no solution received they make me fool and i have lose of 16000 amount which is huge for me because i am common man. if i have not received the mobile then why i will suffer this lose . on 27 august i have received call from investigation team they tell me that i will received the refund of my missing product then same day i have received mail to send a document for proof of id . i can send the documents and next day my account will be blocked also and they give me reason that higher no. of returns but this is only my first order then how can it possible they think i am fool . when i am try to contact customer care they raise complaint again and again but they dont give me any sollution is this your service for the customers. please solve my problem as soon as possible.
