I ordered a laptop from Amazon on 20th February with same day delivery. I received the parcel at around 10.50 PM in the same day but the delivery boy didn’t come to my home instead he called me to some other place nearby. The parcel was a bit light in weight, on asking the same the delivery boy said that the laptop is light weight. When I opened it after reaching my home i was shocked to see that there is no laptop inside. I immediately called the customer care and asked for help, they assured me that i will get my money back by 26 February. But when I called them today, they connected me to a special team which said that the product was intact and they will not give my money back. This is so heartbreaking for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money back. I will be really grateful if you can help. The details are attached below.
