I have ordered two fans on Amazon when I received the delivery I opened the package and saw their is only one fan and which one I received that one is also damage I return it and I got refund for it and I registered a complain on coustomer care they said that to contact them after some days I contact them after some days they said that nothing can be happen and said that I have received both of the fans but I told them many time that I have not received it they don’t listen to me and they said that their will no refund or replacement . I lost 2749 rupees please help me
