Hello,

I’m Kiran, I had Place the”Samsung Galaxy M53 5G (Emerald Brown, 8GB, 128GB Storage) | 108MP” Order from Amazon

Which Shipment was delivered on 10th October 2022.

But I did not found Mobile Phone inside the Shipment ,I have received only Accessories.

When I contact to Amazon Support team they was asked me to wait 5business days.

After 5 days, I have called them and checked the status, they were saying ” Team has checked and verified different parameter like package weight and X-ray images and confirmed that correct product was there inside the package when final delivery was done. ”

I told their team clearly Which items is Missing or Received.

But ,their team was asked me ,Return Request is not Acceptable Due to their Special team update after investigation Package was Delivered with Intact Condition ..

But it’s totally Wrong Investigation.

Please I Request you If possible

Help to Sort out this problem own your level ..
