- Hi, I recharged for Rs 199 this morning at 9:15 but I didn’t receive my internet pack activated. But I have the transaction is that the amount is been deducted from my account Hence I contacted customer support spoke to annapoornA, Chandrakala and Bhavana all gave me false promise of getting back to me but nothing happened. Instead it was waste of time from morning 11 till after noon 1 I need my service activated.
