I have ordered a 1 ton Panasonic Ac with 5 star rating from Flipkart, it got delivered on 16 july 2023, when i told the delivery person to open the box they said if we open it then you can not recover the warranty. So we kept the packing as it is without touching it, then the next day the installation person of panasonic company came to install the Ac and informed us that copper wire was missing. I complained to a flipkart customer immediately and they said they will solve the issue asap. but after that I nearly called them 7,8 times still my issue was not resolved but my flipkart app profile showed that my complaint got resolved.
