I’ve ordered “Intel Core i5-4570 Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.2 GHZ 6MB Cache- BX80646I54570” on Amazon. 1st They’ve delivered the i3 10th GEN Processor which was a completely different Gen ( non-compatible in my system). I’ve requested a return & again they’ve delivered a product containing the cooling fan only, the processor was missing that time. Again I’ve requested for return/refund. They’ve investigated for it & claimed that delivery was done perfectly. I’ve bought this product with Rs 6659. Now they are denying to return/ refund me.
