1. On 17th April, order number 403-5014786-1568316 delivered to my place . It’s Timex watch . I have opened the parcel on 20th April as it was my dad’s birthday . When I opened it is empty. There was no watch inside. I have called customer care ,they investigated and close the case by saying there was no problem identified from their side. Literally I am feeling this is fraud company . They are not even giving me contact details of seller. Please rectify my problem.
