i had ordered vivo v21 5g mobile phone on 16 dec 2021 from amazon india with order id #406-6527874-1673952 i received that parcel on 20 dec 2021 when i opened it i was shocked that package was fill with clothes not mobile phone. when i contact with amazon they said they will investigate and contact them on 26 dec. when today i called them they said the investigation is done there in no problem with our side you will not get refund. i request you to kindly do a justice on me and issue my full refund as i paid for mobile phone not for a box full with clothes. please help me out.
