Date of order : 11.11.2020.
Date of delivery : 12.11.2020
In this order two items have not been delivered:
Amla – 500g ( Rs 24.00)
Cauliflower – 1 No. ( Rs.16.00).
Refund the amount Rs 40.00 to my account atonce or else deliver those missed items.
In spite of repeated reminders, the response of customer service of Jio mart has been unsatisfactory.
I kept on receiving messages since 15th Nov, 2020 that ” Refund order has been initiated’ . But even after 20 days after purchase the refund has not been credited to my Jio mart account.
