My order no is 406-4707565-9980300 we ordered 24 in no and we just received 8 of them on 19th jan 2022.
On the same day in everything we called Amazon that our rest of the items are missing they said that within 2 days we will get it resolved. After 2 days we called them but they said that all the orders are delivered and they can’t help us even didn’t gave any update regarding what investigation they have made. And just disconnected the call.
We again tried to reach them on the same day and the customer care person said definitely they will resolve the issue and we will get the missing items after 2 days but never got it.
We even checked with the seller he said that he sent 2 boxes but we received just 1.
This is very very unprofessional way of dealing with customers we are the prime members and you can check we regularly order from Amazon and how many times we have replaced or asked for any refunds.
But the way this query is handled we are really very disappointed and lost our trust from Amazon. Now we have to think multiple times before ordering.
