I had ordered a Bluetooth wireless earphone on 24 th August 2021 and it was delivered on 25th August 2021. When I opened it my product was missing from the inner brand box. Then immediately I raised a missing complain in flipkart. They first gave me 3 days for resolution. But after 3 days no resolution was provided to me and my request was rejected. Then again I raised the same complain and it rejected. In this way my request was rejected by flipkart 4 times. I asked then reason of rejection but they told me it was due to technical issues. I had contacted many times thorough the call, mails but got no reply from the flipkart service team. I bought the product Rs. 1999 and I lost my money
