I have ordered penista rechargeable mini remote control drone without camera I ordered two items and only one items is delivered,and one item was missing.I raised complain by calling customer care they told that it was missed from Amazon while shipping and they ordered new item but I requested them that now I don’t want that product as one product which we received it’s not as per expectation then they told they will need 3-4 days to investigate after that when I called today they are saying I will not be able to refund my money as they have delivered both the items.But I am very shocked as I am saying I didn’t received the item and the same day I complaint,they are denied and simply saying they can’t help.Its very worst experience as I didn’t received my item but still I have paid money for that item as I paid online for both the items.Paying for the things which I didn’t received it’s very worst experience.Very bad experience.I should get my money as I didn’t received the item.
