penista rechargeable mini remote control drone without camera I ordered two items and only one items is delivered,and one item was missing.I raised complain by calling customer care they told that they will need 3-4 days to investigate after that when I called today they are saying they will not be able to refund my money as they have delivered both the items.But I am very shocked as I am saying I didn’t received the item and the same day I complaint,they are denieing and simply saying they can’t help and they can’t refund.Its very worst experience as I didn’t received my item but still I have paid money for that items.They are taking money without delivering the items as I paid online so paid before receiving item doesn’t mean they will take our money without delivering the items.Very bad experience.
