Dear Team,
I have ordered the total 3 orders for 4 gold coins got all the three orders but got only one coin in all the them.
After lodging a complaint amazon team told me that their investigation doesn’t provide for refund or replacement so they can’t provide the same but i have a proper proof for such missing item but they are not listening to me.
I got all of my package in exactly same size and for order id in which i have ordered 2 coins are packed exactly in same size as of order in which i have ordered only 1 quantity but the only difference is that in that package item weight mentioned as 0.62 kg as opposed to in other it was mentioned as 0.31kg but it is clearly visible from the package that if a 1gm gold coin along with the aluminium box weighted at 0.31kg then how the package having same size can have 2 such aluminium boxes so that it will be weighed 0.62kg.
This is a case of clearly cheating with their customer.
Please help me by providing refund against the same.
