I have ordered Crompton aura fan via order I’d 408-8126062-2501105 on amazon.
It clearly shows that the order contains pack of 2 and the quantity of order is 2 which clearly states to total 4 item I need to receive
But I have received quantity 1 of the packages i.e pack of 2 .
But the remaining quantity is missing in my package. I have initiated the investigation and also reinvestigation but the team has not even called me once and declare the result of reinvestigation impatiently.
After being so many calls and images being shared I haven’t received any response and I have my money blocked by paying for 4 items and receiving of 2 items only

I have never been experienced this with Amazon being past 6 yrs as a customer.
Highly disrespect for the whole team and company.
I have enclosed the package pictures and it anybody thinks that it can contain 4 items in single package I’ll take back my complaint.
The parcel has been opened by the delivery agent only and it clearly shows max 2 item can be associated in single cartoon and th team can investigate how many cartoon has been delivered to me.
