Text of Complaint by Tushar Lohani:

I want to file a complaint against Amazon. They delivered me a order on 16th of February 2021 which was ordered through my prime account (paid membership account ) on 15 th of February and there is a guaranteed delivery for next day as they fulfilled there guarantee and delivered me the product on time. But then I ask to the delivery agent that may I check the order before delivery he told me that first I have to pay then only I can take the order he said it is a company policy then I have paid and take the order and came inside to my house and told the delivery agent to wait while I am checking this I opened the packaging box and saw my item was missing i immediately went to the door but the delivery agent was gone and then I tried to call him but he didn’t receive my call and then I contact to Amazon customer service and raise a complaint and the executive told me wait for 5 days we have to do a investigation when I am paying 1000 rs every year to Amazon for there prime service in which they guarantee us next day deliveries then for which purpose I have to wait for 5 days after giving the money and specially for the mistake of there system why should I bother. I attached the invoice regarding to my order.
