I got delivered an empty box on 23rd Jun – 2023 Friday. Since that day I am talking to the support team and they are telling me to wait and wait. Even the product box is for another product model.
I raised this to the support team for this inconvenience.
And before two days I got a mail with the below content.
“We would also like to inform you that we have investigated the case with the logistic team and the shipment was dispatched and delivered in intact condition, so we would not be able to move the case forward.”
I have an unboxing video as well.
Please help me to get justice in this matter. It’s not about money only.
I am waiting for the product and now talking to the support and wasting all my time and energy as a customer. So it’s all about the customer’s safety from this kind of inconvenience and fraud.
