Dear sir,
This is to inform you that i have ordered a swiner bean bag with footrest and cushion filled with beans from Amazon.in order id 40766559645413933 worth rs 2059 and i got the parcel after three days. As I opened the parcel the bean bag, footrest and cushion were missing in it.i found only beans . I immediately called to the customer care that the item is missing in that parcel. They totally refused that this is not the fault on our end and is the totally your fault.
Sir this is totally the case of theft and mental harassment to the customers.i called many times to customer care but no solution till now.
Sir i have buyed this product from my hard earned money. And want a resolution to my this problem..
Sir this is not only to me that amazon is doing to us. I have seen most of the people who r being cheated by Amazon for non delivery of their orders.
Sir i request you to kindly look into the matter and give me a possible resolution/ refund for my product or problem.
