I have ordered two dress sets for my kid and Order #218668448734. The order has been delivered without the products.
When I request for investigation about missing items, they are not answering.
and when I open the package, it has empty package with paper cards without dress material. When I reached the customer support, they are not providing the resolution and simply says that I understood the issue but can’t help with the resolution and also not transferring the call to escalation team nor arranging the call back and simply saying that I won’t receive the refund since the allocated credits are claimed for earlier orders which I don’t understand and also they simply irritating me by saying the same updates like you will not get the refund. Please provide me justice for me and help me to get my products or money back.
