This is to inform you that I have ordered V-Guard Exado Pro ceiling fans in 2 quantities however only 1 product(Fan) got delivered to me and status on amazon app showing as both the fans got delivered to me. Below mentioned are my details.

I have already registered a complaint on customer service via call but however the response I received did not satisfy me. This is really a very bad experience for me from Amazon. I had been calling everyday for the resolution of my query. They have asked me to wait till today, for them to help me with the resolution.
Today I called the customer service and the senior person named Darshan disconnected my call on my face asking me to wait more and he cannot help me further. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER??? I want this to be escalated and take action immediately against the employee for this kind of misbehaving. I have been patiently talking to him and this is what happens with a customer?
Mistaken by Amazon, Missing product delivered, I spent my money, and I have PAID for that, still this is what we get in Return??? Was this my mistake that I ordered from you? I have been customer of Amazon from past 7-8 years and this is what loyalty gets to me.
