This is regarding the order ( 405-5884016-0579557 ) that i have received on 26th jan.
I accepted the Delivery box and later on it was found to be tampered as another tape of amazon was used to reseal the packet and after opening the box i found that air dopes was missing from it.
i have already raised that concern to customer services of amazon and matter has been escalated to investigation team but i didn’t get any solution for that.
I asked for refund or replacement of the item as being a customer i can’t bear the expense for the item that i didn’t received. Dropped multiple mails but i was getting an automatic reply that investigation has been done and we can’t help further.
Delivering the product should be a responsibility of amazon or if we don’t get it then i don’t think that customer should bear the cost. It should be the person who is at fault. it could be either seller, person in transit, delivering agent or amazon.
Being a customer it will be difficult for me to rely on amazon services now.
