As per your offer for HelpUp India Kit, where you offered to provide 1 no.Infrared DigitalThermometer + 1 np. Namo Sanitize dispenser + 1 No. Sanitizer + 1 Pair Hand Gloves + 1 no Mask, out of that only 1 No. Infrared Digital Thermometer not provided against Order No.PREM6360. After getting the courier, while checking the items I didnot find the digital thermometer for which atleast 20 mails was given & telephone but no answer from the vendor. Total Amount was paid in advance Rs.999.00 for the kit. This is very much unfortunate from the vendor.
