Hello sir, i made multiple deposits on parimatch app from my Amazon pay wallet. which were not credited to my parimatch account. Amounts are – 500 on 5th Jan 26 (UTR-600588800625), 200 on 7th Jan 26 (UTR- 600789261177), 300 on 16th dec 25 (UTR- 535083265303) and 500 on 17th Jan 26 (UTR-601792215864). Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through their official support channels, the merchant has provided no timeline for resolution.
