I was sent a courier from Tirupati (517501) to Nellore (524001) through DTDC couriers on 07/07/2022. But it’s neither delivered to me till now nor returned to the origin. After many attempts to reach the courier partner, they claim that the address is out of their service area. And they said that it was returned to the sender. I have enquired the sender and it has not reached there too. The consignment contains a refund cheque issued by a car dealer for the payment I’ve made for car booking advance. The showroom claims that they have no interference in this and they are not willing to issue a new cheque as the sent cheque was gone missing. Also, they are claiming that another cheque won’t be issued even if the cheque expires. I need help in this.
