I ordered a pair of earbuds. Jabra elite 7 pro from amazon. On recieving the charging case was missing. I complained and they said they would investigate and after Investigation they told that the package was intact and refused exchange or refund. Now I’m 17999 down and only with a pair of discharged earbuds. Order no – #404-4764921-2378764
