Text of Complaint by vaishnavi gajbhar:

I had a total savings of ₹11,744 in my Jar app account. I successfully withdrew ₹11,068, but the remaining ₹676 is not accessible. The app does not show the correct balance, and I am unable to withdraw the remaining amount. I have tried contacting Jar’s support team multiple times through mails but have received no response.

This issue has caused financial stress and inconvenience. I request immediate resolution and restoration of the missing balance. If not resolved within 7 days, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities.
