I have traveled from Guwahati to jaipur on 9th November 2021 flight no- SG696.
I have generated a mishandled baggage report for the tag no. 0775700855 I have also attached the report picture for your reference.
It’s been more than 5 days and we have waited for a long and for last 48 hours they are not updating the baggage status and no reply on email for the compensation of baggage.
There were expensive clothes for marriage purposes (including sherwani) and we need those by this week at any cost.
We are planning to purchase those again from outside instead of just waiting and getting the same reply from them. We want the claim for the belongings we have lost so that we can purchase them accordingly.
Personally, its getting worse from our end and getting us harassed mentally and physically.
