We ordered product of Jacques lemon 1-1651A york watch on 2.11.2018. Is total price 19040 rupees order ID OD 11380 0241 45236 3000
Flipkart courier boy delivered the box 10.11.2018. After that we opened that parcel there is no product what I ordered. the same day we complain to the Flipkart.They said we resolve your problem 23rd November but there is no response again we will complaint another time then they are saying 24th November but yet we did not receive refund money.today they are saying I can’t refund or return your money what they are saying your account has unusual Returns they are sending every time without products Flipkart receiving money but they are sending without products .my product invoice number F A A 71 PT90000 0273. Sir I am government employee due to frequently I called to Flipkart my valuable time and money has lost
Please sir we need justice . Please punish them
