Dear sir I am purchasing items from Amazon for the past 7 years . most of times all items delivered fully without missing accessories.
But recently I ordered rx100 gear rod through Amazon. Now I understand it huge mistake to order in Amazon. After first order they delivered some parts in th order ,after contacting customer care they informed we have only cancelling option ,you order one more tine , refund will be done shortly .
Again I ordered second time for the same product , again I have got only three out of 6 items. Again I contacted customer care, this differently they told replacement will be given and it will be investigated.. but the received product again it fully came with all accessories. Third time I contacted your customer service, they Informed refund will be given.
Amazon is well-known and papular agency for the online shopping , but this shows your inability of your customer services. I suffered lot with your products delivery. . This is the first time for one product, two time buying and three time returns.
I request conserned to necessary action for improper customer care and giving mental stress and worries to me
