Text of Complaint by Sumaiya khan:

was working in kotak mahindra bank and this intern pinky mishra influenced for the voucher from my holiday resort didn’t informed that food will be compulsory and we cannot stay during weekends and in just 1500 we can utilise 40 nights in selected locations when i called in alibaugh resort they in they informed me for 2 nights i need to pay INR 5000 because of the food compulsory and it’s govt holiday in between per head it was completely shocking and pure mis selling she just informed the wows and convinced for purchasing she was too fast she juat wanted to complete her target when i called her for cancellation she didn’t answered my calls even on wts app there is no response then i called her manager chirag patel 91670 00629 he said drop a mail will process the refund within 3 working days i did the same but after there was no response i connected again then he said the voucher is activated and we cannot cancel it hence even for mis selling he cannot provide refund that was clearly unprofessional and unacceptable later on i contacted the owner 83830 59999 he also did the same now he is not answering my calls and responding to my message
