As per the conversation when going to purchase the new postpaid connection. Your Employee MAHI(ambala cantt store) said that you will get a chq of rps 250 but i got chq of rps 208.79.
I dont understand why you people cheat customers like dis, you people told something and happens something other.
Kindly look into the matter and refund the whole amount otherwise i have to escalate the matter.
I have also visited the store but they said they dont have the access or they cant tell anything about it.
Instead they told that may be this is the charge for the rest of the day, but when i close the connection and paid the amount more than that of the billed one then why you deduted the charge.
This the service your company gives to the customers, if yes then you are and you will losese many of the cuatomers.
