I had prebooked a Watbo Smart Water Bottle from www.watbo.in on getting influenced by Facebook. The company clearly mentioned that the early bird price of the bottle was Rs 899 only. I bought it on September 26, 2021. First the expected delivery date was on or before December 26, 2021. When i browsed the said website to know the status of my order, the company asked me to pay Rs 3101 more in order to process my order. I also have paid for the same making it a total payment of (Rs. 3900/- approx.). According to the company’s website which was active till the last month, my product is held at the customs in Mumbai. The expected delivery date for the product was supposed to be February 28, 2022. However, the company has not shipped my order till date.
I presume that the website & the company is fake & i have been defrauded. I have sent mails to the customer care support mail ID. The mails are neither getting delivered to the customer care email id (support@watbo.in) provided nor is the company intimating about any progress in the delivery status of the product.
