We had a flight to GOA from Hyderabad on 28 August.. At the time of booking the departure was on 15:20 but we received a message that departure is at 15:00.There was some unforeseen event our cab met with an accident so we couldn’t reach the airport before time but when the time we got a confirmation call from airline staff we were at airport and done with the security check and confirmed the same with the airline staff after the airline staff didn’t took any call of us, almost we gave around 20 calls and they didn’t even bother to pick the call even after the confirmation from airport police that we were at security check and about to reach the gate were at the gate before 6 minutes of flight departure but still missed the flight due to the lethargic behavioral of staff.. Please help us in this regard..
