Text of Complaint by Ravindra Kumar:

My Exam was scheduled on 17th July 2020 at 12:00 PM.

I was prepared with my laptop and recharged mobile with valid Internet pack. At 11:45 when I received the link for exam I found that my Internet stopped working, I tried restarting my phone, changed network settings but I was unable to connect to Internet.  So thought of calling my friends and ask for help but I was unable to make calls. So I missed my exam.

I contacted airtel customer care service and they told me that there is a network up gradation work is going on in my area that’s why I am facing the problems.

Airtel should have informed in advance so that I would have thought ofor something else for my exam.

I missed my exam because of the negligence of Airtel.
